Mariel Padilla On Success and Happiness She Found In Online Selling
Here’s what Mariel Padilla said about venturing into selling products online.
MARIEL PADILLA – Television host Mariel Padilla speaks about her newfound passion for selling luxury items online.
Apart from hosting, Mariel Padilla discovered her fondness for selling luxury items online – some of her pre-loved items and some were brand new. Some items were also pre-loved by her daughters. With her exceptional talent for talking and entertaining, she definitely has what it takes to become an online seller.
Using Instagram and Facebook as platforms, she makes money and thousands have tuned in. Many of them loved Mariel’s high energy. She also offers “free shipping” nationwide for her customers and entertains buyers coming from other countries.
She also gives away free chocolates or noodles from time to time. And doing so made her realize that being an online seller was not an easy undertaking. She just took a risk the first time she did and she easily got adjusted. She loved doing it already and she feels like it has become her calling. She wants to do it.
There would also be times when she found herself giving in to her customers just because she wanted to provide for them. She expressed, “Kahit hindi pa ako ready i-let go yung bag na yun dahil sa kagustuhan kong maka-provide dun sa mga nag-iinquire sa akin, binebenta ko na rin.”

She added that there are also instances when she’s outside. She would see this item and all she would ever think ‘Ay, magugustuhan ito ng mga bumibili sa akin!’ She added, “Sila na yung iniisip ko kasi sobra na akong nakapasok talaga dun sa pagiging live seller ko. I have so much fun doing it.”
Mariel even describes buying an item from an online selling and doing it are both addicting her. Robin Padilla, her husband, on the other hand, is supportive of her new passion.
