Ex-Camarines Sur Rep. Nonoy Andaya passes away
In a post on Andaya’s official Facebook page, his children Ranton and Katrina said their father died on Thursday morning, June 30.

“With deep grief and sadness, we announce the untimely death of our father, former member of the House of Representatives, Rolando “Nonoy” G. Andaya, Jr., this morning, June 30, 2022,” the post read.
“We request for your fervent prayers for his eternal repose, and to allow us, his family, to grieve our [loss privately],” it added.
Andaya’s children did not specify the cause of his demise.
Andaya served as House Majority Leader for one year under the 17th Congress.
From 2006 to 2010, he served as the Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management under the Arroyo administration.
