Dennis Padilla Deletes Post Where He Apologizes To Son Leon Barretto

DENNIS PADILLA – Actor-comedian Dennis Padilla deleted the post where he apologize to his son Leon Barretto.

Actor Dennis Padilla disclosed on social media that his children with his ex-wife Marjorie Barretto “forget” to greet him on Father’s Day. His son Leon Barretto broke his silence about the said issue through an open letter.

In his letter, the 19-year-old vlogger said that Padilla’s alleged false narratives have been hurting his sisters Julia Barretto and Claudia Barretto. He urged his dad to stop shaming him and his siblings publicly.

Leon Barretto disclosed how Dennis Padilla’s relationship with him and his siblings has been constantly being “rebuilt” for a decade now. He also pointed out how his father traumatizes them by “shouting, cursing, and using hurtful words” whenever they try to fix their issues.

Hours later, the veteran actor took to his Instagram account to apologize to his son and explained that he just misses them. He wrote, “I am sorry leon… Miss ko lang kyo… God bless you more.”

A few hours later after publishing it, the actor revised his caption. “Just want to know what false narrative i said in public? I been reaching out to all of you for 15 years in private,” he added.

However, on Tuesday, it could be noticed that the said IG post was already removed or made private.

In a previous article, showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz shared that Marjorie Barretto will speak about the issue at the right time. She then expressed her hope that her ex-husband would protect their children at all times.

“At umaasa rin si Marjorie na poproteksiunan pa rin ni Dennis ang kanilang mga anak sa lahat ng pagkakataon,” he said.
