Wedding is one of the most important events that could ever happen to a person’s life. Most couples are making great preparations for their wedding day and even accommodating their guests.

The money dance has been already a part of wedding celebrations in various cultures. During a money dance, male guests pay to dance briefly with the bride, and sometimes female guests pay to dance with the groom.

Couples use the money they have gathered on money dance to start a new life together. They could use it to buy appliances or properties.

Recently, the couple Roxanne Gabilan Placido and Charlie Jeff Placido went viral online after they received P500, 000 during their prosperity dance. Based on the report, the bride’s parents gave a huge amount of cash during the money dance.

According to the video uploader Ronnel Beruico Pedong, the bride Roxanne Gabilan Placido was the only child of the elderly couple. Pedong said that it was the main reason why such a huge gift was given to the couple.

The newly-wed couple did not expect to receive that amount of money on their wedding day.

However, Charlie and Roxanne have returned half of the money believing that it was too much. The two returned the P250, 000 to the bride’s parents and used the remaining half to start a new life together.
