Hipon Girl Mourns The Death Of Her Grandmother
HIPON GIRL – Actress-vlogger Herlene “Hipon Girl” Budol expressed her grief after her grandmother Bireng had passed away.
On Sunday, May 5, Hipon Gil took to her Instagram account to ask for prayer for her beloved Lola Bireng who was confined at a hospital. She posted a photo of her grandmother lying on a hospital bed.
In a post on her Instagram account today, the Kapuso star confirmed that her Lola Bireng has passed away. Hipon said her lola died on Monday at 9 am.
Hipon Girl said it was very difficult for her to write her thoughts in her social media post due to the loss of a special person in her life. She said her lola Bireng struggled to cope with kidney failure, high blood pressure, diabetes, and pneumonia in the past month.
“Nanay Bireng ko. ito ay isang post na mahirap para sa akin na isulat…nawala na ang aking pinakamamahal na lola ngayon lang umaga 9am 6-6-22 at mamimiss kta ng sobra. sya ay isang special na babae at ang pagkawala sa kanya ay lubos na nararamdaman ng marami, even though she lived a full life.”
The 22-year-old comedian said it was most painful for her to see her lola suffer in her last hours. “Sa naka lipas ng isang buwan, matapang siyang lumaban sa kidney failure at sakit due to ageing ay marami narin komplikasyon tulad ng High blood, diabetic at pneumonia at ang pinaka masakit ang makita siyang nag durusa sa mga huling oras na iyon ay napaka hirap,” Hipon wrote.

Hipon Girl also shared that her Lola Bireng even promised her manager, Sir Wilbert Tolentino, that she would watch the coronation night of Binibining Pilipinas 2022 where Hipon was one of the candidates.
“Nanay ko…nangako ka kay @sirwil75 makakapunta kayo ni Tatay Oreng sa Binibining Pilipinas Coronation nyt ko,” she added.
In her previous IG post, Hipon Girl thanked her Lola Bireng and Lolo Oreng for inspiring her to do her best in the Bb. Pilipinas pageant through their smiles. Her post features a lovely photo of her along with her beloved grandparents.
