Cops nab Romblon’s 3rd most wanted person

CITY OF CALAPAN––Police arrested on Monday, June 6, the third most wanted person of Calatrava town in Romblon province, according to a report from the Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) police.
Col. Raynold Rosero, provincial chief of police, said Calatrava police arrested at 1:40 a.m. Michael Fajutina, 41, through a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 82 in Odiongan, for arson and frustrated homicide, with recommended bail of P72,000 each.

Rosero, who is from Barangay Linao, is under police custody.
The Mimaropa police made 273 arrests against most wanted persons (MWP) since January, reflecting a 43.68-percent increase from 190 in the same period last year, police said. INQ
