Entire PH to have fair weather Sunday, says Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather is expected over the entire country on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In its latest bulletin on Saturday, Pagasa said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies only with chances of isolated rain or thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and evening.

Pagasa weather specialist Obet Badrina said the country has a generally fair weather situation since the southwest monsoon or “habagat” remains weak.

Badrina said Pagasa has not monitored any low pressure areas inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

Meanwhile, Pagasa has not declared gale warnings on any of the seaboards nationwide.
