Robin Padilla Rushed To Hospital in Spain
ROBIN PADILLA – Senator-elect Robin Padilla was hospitalized in Spain after feeling weak and dizzy.
Robin Padilla gained traction on all social media platforms after he emerged as the top senatorial candidate in the 2022 polls. His lead in the race elicited different reactions from the people.
As for the 52-year-old politician, he has no time to be bothered by those who are unhappy about it because there are lots of things that need to be done. He also said that he did not expect to be number one due to his lack of campaign funds.
Robin Padilla stirred buzz all over social media last month due to his cryptic post on his IG page. In the said post, he shared a photo containing a quote about “ignorance.”
After the COMELEC proclaimed him as an elected senator on May 18, Robin immediately flew to Madrid to follow his wife Mariel Rodriguez and their two children. But during his family vacation, his blood pressure shot up.

On Facebook, Robin Padilla shared that he could not understand what had happened because he was not in pain but his knees weakened, he felt severe dizziness, and his vision darkened. He said he underwent numerous tests at the hospital.
“Napakahirap intindihin ng nangyari sa akin. Wala akong kahit anong sakit pero bigla na lang ako nawalan ng lakas sa tuhod ko habang naglalakad sa parke dahilan para kagyat ako umupo sa ilalim ng puno. Nagdilim ang paningin ko at bumagsak ako sa puno sa likod ko. Hilong hilo ako,” he said.
Fortunately, some passersby saw the actor and helped him settle down until he regained his strength. He was assisted to the nearby clinic where the nurse measured his blood pressure.
With the help of the Philippine embassy officials, Robin Padilla was then rushed to a hospital for treatment. He was later discharged from the hospital when the results of the medical procedures turned out normal.
