Winwyn Marquez Opens Up About Her Postpartum Struggles
Here’s a confession from Winwyn Marquez who is currently struggling with her postpartum.
WINWYN MARQUEZ – Beauty queen Winwyn Marquez opens up about her struggle with postpartum and gets honest about her struggles.
Mark Herras was the previous boyfriend of Kapuso actress Winwyn Marquez but ended up in separation which was accordingly a mutual decision. The actor is now married to another actress and they already have a son.
And as for the actress turned beauty queen, she is also now a mother, and her partner is someone she did close the identification yet to the public. She remained mum and private about him. Winwyn actually just gave birth and just recently, she opened up about her struggles with her postpartum.
“Postpartum” means the time after childbirth and women who just gave birth suffer from this where they feel sad or empty a few days after giving birth. The former Reina Hispanoamericana titleholder got candid about this matter in one of her new posts.
In her post, she admitted that she’s been feeling the pressure as a new mom and it’s making her emotional. But what she learned during this time is not be afraid to ask for help. She imagined before giving birth that she can do it alone and be a “super mom” but it turned out she can’t yet.
She added, “Laking tulong may kausap na kaibigan and family, laking tulong na supportive ang partner….a simple hug and paalala na nandiyan siya malaking bagay na. Sabi nga nila it will be a little easier as days go by.”
Winwyn is thankful for the people around her – family and friends – who made things a bit easier for her. She furthered that having a supportive partner also does a lot to ease her sadness and bring peace to the havoc in her mind.
“I know a lot of new moms na-experience din to sa unang stage and gusto ko kayo i-hug!! Hindi madali.. madaming questions and fears pero please remember you are not alone.. we can do this mama para kay baby kakayanin!” she stated.
