Arjo Atayde shared his plan after the elections

Kapamilya actor Arjo Atayde revealed what is next for his showbiz career after he won as the first district representative of Quezon City.

Arjo has proven his talent when it comes to acting. This year, he embarked on a new journey and it is in the world of politics. Fortunately, his first attempt to be in public service became a success.

With this, the question now arises, will he leave showbiz to concentrate on his duty as a congressman? Based on the article in the Philippines Ultimate Showbiz Hub, Arjo Atayde said that he will still do his showbiz engagements.

“Actually, kakatapos ko lang rin po mag shoot for Cattleya Killer right before the campaign, but I won’t be stopping showbiz,” the award-winning actor said. However, Arjo said that he will definitely fulfill his duties to his constituents.

“Iyan ang aking hanapbuhay. So, I can’t stop that. Of course, I have to prioritize specially this one (public service) but of course hindi na mawawala sa akin ang pag-aartista,” he added. Arjo further said that acting is one thing that he loves to do and it is a means of livelihood for him.

In his recent photos, Arjo’s weight loss is quite noticeable. Regarding this, the actor said that because of his busy schedule during the campaign period, he seemed to have done intermittent fasting. He also said that he had to lose weight for his role in Cattleya as it was required by his character.

Arjo Atayde also shared his message for all the people who supported him during his political stint. “Overwhelming po, my family, Maine, whole of my friends are all my backbone. I am just very happy that they’re always there and very supportive so what could I ask for more,” the actor said.
