Xian Lim Reacts To ‘Suplado’ & ‘Isnabero’ Perception About Him
Xian Lim talked about his real personality
Kapuso actor Xian Lim has this reaction when asked about the perception of other people that he is “suplado” and “isnabero.”
Xian has been in the entertainment industry for many years now and he has already worked with prominent names in showbiz. Based on the article in Bandera, those who worked with Xian in the past had the same perception about him but this eventually changed.
Even his new leading lady Glaiza de Castro in the Kapuso series False Positive thought that he is “suplado.” Xian Lim said that it is just the perception of other people. “‘Yung perception lang kasi ng tao sa akin is when they see me iniisip agad nila, ‘naku, suplado ‘yan,’ or parang ‘tahimik lang na tao ‘yan’ which I am,” the actor said.
He added that he is an introvert and people who know him for a long time can say that there is a “suplado” vibe in him and he is so serious. “Pero when I get close, since introvert ako, once I feel safe na around that person, unti-unti nagwa-warm up,” the actor explained.
Xian even said that he is like diesel that takes a long time before warming up. On the other hand, the actor said that he is really “makulit” and this trait helped him in getting closer with his co-stars in False Positive.
The actor also said that it is a good thing that everyone on the set is “makulit” and that there is no “killjoy.” “Coming from mga series na ‘yun nga iyakan, si Glaiza din naman ‘yung mga mabibigat, it really helped na meron kaming icebreaker na haligi na ng industriya tulad ni Buboy,” Xian Lim added.
The former Kapamilya actor also shared that he had an overwhelming feeling the first time he set foot on GMA. He said that everyone is very welcoming.
