MANILA, Philippines—Making good on its promise, Blackwater on Sunday went for 3×3 standout Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser for its first overall pick in the annual PBA Rookie Draft.

In Rosser, the Bossing gain a decent rim protector who also shoots the basketball well from inside and out—just exactly what head coach Ariel Vanguardia wanted.

He is currently in Saigon, Vietnam, fresh from helping Gilas 3×3 to a bronze medal.

Blackwater also has the 9th pick in the first round, along with the 1st pick of the second round.
