Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera dedicated a post on her Instagram account to her favorite leading man on and off-screen.
Marian is one of the most sought-after leading ladies of her generation. She has shown that she can create onscreen chemistry with her leading men in different projects that she made over the years.
However, Marian only has one favorite leading man, whether it is in front of the camera or in real life and he is no other than her husband, Primetime King Dingdong Dantes.
Marian Rivera is thankful to work with her husband again after a decade. They have a new sitcom Jose & Maria’s Bonggang Villa. “To my fave leading man on and off cam, finally after 10 years we’re working together again in a show! It’s always been my dream to do a sitcom and it’s more special because it’s with you,” the actress wrote.
The said sitcom of Marian and Dingdong will premiere on May 15, at 7: 15 PM. Several celebrities congratulated the Kapuso royalties for their new project together and this truly made the DongYan fans excited.
Meanwhile, in a previous interview, Marian revealed that when she and Dingdong did their first project together, the adaptation of the Mexican telenovela Marimar, there was no attraction between them. She shared that she just wanted to finish the shooting.
However, things between them became different when they were already doing the Dyesebel series. At that time, Dingdong Dantes was already pursuing Marian Rivera. There was a time when the actress almost drowned because of an unexpected big wave and she could not take off her tail.
