Netizens shared speculations about the “reconciliation” between Kris Aquino and Mel Sarmiento

Actress-host Kris Aquino received comments from netizens who think that she and former DILG Secretary Mel Sarmiento got back together.

October last year, Kris announced her engagement to Mel through her social media posts. After that announcement, she started sharing sweet photos and videos with her fiancé.

Kris even shared that they are planning to have a “tiny” wedding only and not as glamorous as many would expect. However, in the early part of January, netizens noticed that the actress-host has deleted all the photos and videos with her fiancé and so this sparked speculation that they had already broken up.

Following this, Kris Aquino confirmed that they separated. She shared the lengthy message that Mel Sarmiento sent her when they broke up. Through that message, the reason behind their breakup was revealed.

In one of her most recent Instagram posts, she said that the healing will take a long process not just physically but also emotionally. Her fans sympathize with what she is going through after the breakup.

However, Kris “restored” a photo with Mel, along with the sweet caption and this was posted November last year. The post was about saying goodbye to her nurse but the second part of her caption talked about the endearment that she and Mel have which is “babe”.
