Thief Maid Who Stole Jewelry, Money of Asec Hope Libiran Finally Arrested

The thief maid of DOTr Assistant Secretary Goddes Hope Libiran is finally arrested after stealing some jewelry and money.

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) Asec ho announced the arrest of her former house aide, who is accused of stealing her jewels and money while she was out from home. Asec Libiran went to the Mangaldan Police Station to meet with the suspect in person.

Marilou Morales, 60, of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, was identified as the suspect. Morales was detained, according to the police, after residents in the vicinity filed a complaint.

On January 11, the Southmaids Agency declared that anyone who could offer information on Morales’ location would be eligible for a P50,000 reward. Nonetheless, Asec. Libiran claims she was never able to reclaim the jewels.
