John Lloyd Cruz Working with Marian Rivera For A Drama Series?
Here’s what John Lloyd Cruz said about working with Kapuso prime star Marian Rivera.
JOHN LLOYD CRUZ – New Kapuso actor John Lloyd Cruz is said to be working soon with Marian Rivera and here’s what he said about this.
Happy ToGetHer is the newest sitcom former Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz is doing with his new network, the GMA. Based on the rating it registered with the couple episodes aired, the show is doing well. In a previous article, speaking about his character, he cannot identify how much similar it is with his real self but what matters to him is the learning he can get from it.
Carmi Martin, Ashley Rivera, Jenzel Angeles, Jason Gainza, Vito Quizon, Miles Ocampo, Leo Bruno, Kleggy Abaya, Wally Waley, Eric Nicolas, and Janus del Prado are also in the show. Las Hermanas star Faith Da silva was his latest guest and people have noticed that they’ve had this chemistry that works fine in the sitcom. Previously, he revealed that he will be having a new Kapuso show soon but things were not finalized yet.
And just recently, there were rumors saying that he will be having a drama series with the queen of GMA, Marian Rivera. To recall, when the pandemic happened, Marian backed out from doing one of her television series because it required bubble shooting. And to her, as a mother of two toddlers, being in a locked-in shooting for a given time is tough as it means that she will also be away from her two children.
Will she be now ready to push through another this time despite the ongoing pandemic? John Lloyd said regarding this specific possibility as per a report from PEP, “As of the moment, hinahanapan na ng sked ang pitching/meeting with the creatives. May isang concept in particular na kong nais pag-usapan.”
