Paulo revealed that he and Janine have dated each other

in the past. Apparently, things between them did not work out but now, it can be noticed that they have good onscreen chemistry in their primetime series.

Based on the article in Inquirer, during a recent interview, Janine was asked if she felt awkward meeting Paulo again after going out with him years ago. “

Nagkita kami ulit after two years naman, nag-shooting kami para sa isang movie, so doon ko siya una ulit nakita,

” the actress shared.

Janine Gutierrez admitted being nervous during that meeting again after a couple of years. She thought that it was going to be weird but fortunately what she thought was wrong.

“As in, parang walang nangyari and chikahan agad, ayun, click agad ulit,”

she enthused.

After that dating chapter in their lives, Janine and Paulo have the chance to work in a series. The actress revealed that it has always been her dream to share the same screen with Paulo.

“Noong ginagawa namin ‘yung pelikula, sinasabi ko talaga na ‘Sana magkateleserye tayo, para mas mahaba-haba yung samahan,

” she said.

Janine had this thought in her mind because she partly wants to know Paulo better. When she officially became a Kapamilya, that dream of working with the actor became a reality. She expressed gratitude that Paulo said yes to this project with her.
