Budget airline Cebu Pacific (CebuPac) will only allow overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and returning overseas Filipinos who are residents of Cebu to board flights to Mactan Cebu International Airport from Dec. 23 to Dec. 25 due to the shortage of hotels for the mandatory quarantine of international travelers, said Carmina Romero, spokesperson for CebuPac.
Romero said that international arrivals at Mactan would resume at 6 a.m. on Dec. 23, but it would only accept a limited number of passengers.
