Shear line to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains to Cagayan Valley, Aurora
MANILA, Philippines — The shear line or the tail end of a cold front may bring cloudy skies with chances of scattered rain showers to the eastern section of Northern Luzon on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said on Monday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Cagayan Valley and Aurora would experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to shear line.
Northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan, will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Cordillera Administrative Region and Ilocos Region.

The rest of the country is expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
Here are the projected temperature in key areas on Tuesday, according to Pagasa:
Metro Manila: 24 to 31 degrees Celsius
Baguio City: 15 to 24 degrees Celsius
Laoag City: 24 to 32 degrees Celsius
Tuguegarao: 20 to 28 degrees Celsius
Legazpi City: 24 to 30 degrees Celsius
Puerto Princesa City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
Tagaytay: 20 to 28 degrees Celsius
Kalayaan Islands: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
Iloilo City: 25 to 31 degrees Celsius
Metro Cebu: 24 to 32 degrees Celsius
Tacloban City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
Cagayan De Oro City: 24 to 30 degrees Celsius
Zamboanga City: 24 to 33 degrees Celsius
Metro Davao: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
