Blockbuster film director Direk Cathy Garcia Molina shares the story about the day when she lost her husband.

The Hows Of Us


” which surpassed its record. These two films are record-breaking and she broke her own record.

Recounting the moments on that day, she shared that she’s actually used to him getting into accidents because of her hobby. Even on that day, she felt normal and not really worried about him getting into one again until she heard the words “revive” and the need for blood transfer.

She went to Baguio that day after receiving the call about her husband’s critical condition leaving their kids to her sister. But on their way, she got a call from Tita Malou Santos and after hearing that she lost him, she broke down in tears and she even described that her cry is not as beautiful as how her actors do it in her movies.

Before the accident, her husband was calling her to fetch him there but she refused because she’s confident that he’ll be home that day – the day of his accident. It never crossed her mind that she would lose him on the day she’s expecting him to come home to them.
