Pharmally executives Mohit Dargani and Linconn Ong
MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Vicente Sotto III on Sunday confirmed having already signed the order sending Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp. executives Mohit Dargani and Linconn Ong to the Pasay City Jail for detention.
This came after the Senate blue ribbon committee ordered the
detention of Dargani and Ong
for again failing to provide the necessary documents needed in the investigation.

Pharmally
is still currently being investigated by the Senate blue ribbon committee over alleged irregularities in government deals worth billions of pesos for COVID-19 response supplies despite having a paid-up capital of only P625,000.
