Camp of Pacquiao Throw Accusations Against Boxer’s Former Aide Jake Joson

accused Pacman’s former aide, Jake Joson, of selling free tickets.

Recently, allegations against Pacman crossed the surface. His former aide, Jake Joson, claimed that the boxing legend owes him and another person some P165 million for a match they allegedly set for his retirement. However, according to the boxing champ’s former aide, Pacman did not follow what they had agreed on and did not return the pooled funds they gave him as an advance payment.

To this, the camp of Sen. Manny Pacquiao responded that the boxer-turned-senator has decided to keep Jake Joson away before allegedly due to the things he found out about him. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the Senator’s lawyer and spokesperson, Attorney Nikki De Vega, said that the former aide of the boxer was found to have sold the supposedly free tickets for the boxing fight of Pacman.

According to the report, De Vega expressed that Pacquiao used to assign Joson to be the one to distribute the free tickets of his fights to his friends and guests but the former aide of Pacman would allegedly sell them instead. Furthermore, the lawyer expressed that it was also found out that Joson collected money from those who wanted to take a photo with the boxing champ.

The lawyer of Pacman claimed that most of those who were asked to pay for a photo opportunity with Pacman are wealthy foreigners who want to meet the boxing champion. De Vega stressed that the boxer-turned-senator confronted his them aide about it and he filed charges against him.

, De Vega claimed that Joson has no other source of income except for what he earns during the fights of Pacman. The lawyer further claimed that there was a time when Pacman’s former aide had problems regarding his house and it was the Senator who helped him.

the lawyer said.

The camp of Pacquiao is reportedly planning to take legal actions to get the money that Joson allegedly took from the boxer-turned-senator including the P10 million.
