MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country will experience hot and humid weather on Tuesday as the northeasterly surface wind flow became the dominant weather system nationwide, the state weather bureau reported.

Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeasterly surface wind flow.

The rest of the country will also experience hot and humid weather, but there are still chances of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
