Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson and Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia said incoming fully vaccinated travelers against COVID-19 would be allowed to enter without negative swab test results.

But Yulo said he would still require travelers to undergo RT-CR tests because Bago City is experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases.
