Meet Ayn Bernos of Miss Universe Philippines from San Juan City. Here are some details about her.

MISS UNIVERSE PHILIPPINES – Social media influencer Ayn Bernos joined the pageant and she stood out during the interview challenge.

This year’s

Miss Universe PH

pageant will crown a new queen on September 25. In the recently concluded challenge, the interview challenge, the 30 candidates faced the panelists and seven ladies stood. The panelists chose seven ladies with the best performance during this virtual challenge and topping this is Victoria Velasquez Vincent of Cavite.

Here’s the

complete list of the Top 7

:

  1. Victoria Velasquez Vincent

  2. Maria Ingrid Teresita Santamaria

  3. Rousanne Marie Bernos
  4. Isabelle De Los Santos
  5. Megan Julia Roa Digal
  6. Beatrice Luigi Gomez
  7. Simone Nadine Bornilla

On the third spot is

Rousanne Marie Bernos

or Ayn Bernos, a social media influencer. She has these very Filipina features, however, she was criticized previously because of her looks and height. She stands 5’3″ and despite the naysayers, she’s happy because she is able to fulfill her dream and got qualified for the pageant.

In her introductory statement, she shared that she is the first daughter, first granddaughter, and first niece on both sides of her family. She had some struggles growing up as to what path she should go to be the person she wants to be. Before joining the pageant, she is an Interior Design major, English major, working student, writer, freelancer, content creator, entrepreneur, and an English teacher in Spain.

The first question she was asked was about digital addiction and what she would do if one of her friends is addicted digitally. She answered that she will be the “accountability partner”. She will intervene. Perhaps if she sees that if it’s late already and her friend remains online, she’ll be the one to tell her to stop and be at peace already with her bed.

Here are her answers to two other questions:

Is it important to do the right thing or avoid doing the wrong thing?

“I think it’s important, it’s more important to do the right thing because there is such an importance in being proactive about how we go about life. So it’s all about doing being mindful of what impact we have on other people.”

How has the pandemic challenged you?

“The pandemic has made me realize how fast and short life is and how helpless we can be if the basics are taken away from us. And so I really learned to value the people in my life, care for them better and connect with them better – for sure.”
