The issue that happened between Bea and Gerald in 2019 after they broke up resurfaced once again. It is because the actor said in an interview with Boy Abunda that he hoped that the actress will find it in her heart to forgive him.

In a recent interview by entertainment reporter Noel Ferrer, based on the article in Bandera, Bea Alonzo said that she was wondering why the issue between her and Gerald Anderson resurfaced again. She said that it is perhaps her friends, like Janus, are very protective of her as she can be to them as well.

She added that if her friends haven’t heard anything from the other camp, they would not react.  Bea also said that she understands where Janus is coming from with all his intriguing statement on social media. However, the actress stressed that she does not want to be a “plastik”.

“Ang plastik ko naman kapag sinabi kong napatawad ko na siya. It’s not about asking for forgiveness, it’s taking accountability and being responsible for your actions,”

Bea Alonzo said.

She also said that she is not that kind of person who takes revenge or gets even to what was wrongly done to her.
