Pagasa sees fair weekend weather
MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather is expected in the next three days due to the absence of any weather disturbance within the Philippine area of responsibility, the state weather agency said Saturday.

“Sa kasalukuyan, wala tayong nakikitang namumuong sama ng panahon o LPA na maaaring makaapekto sa ating bansa, kaya’t possibly fair weather condition tayo for the next three days,” Ezra Bulquerin, weather specialist at the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
(We see no weather disturbance or low pressure area that could affect the country that’s why we may have fair weather in the next three days.)
Bulquerin, however, said that the country may still experience isolated rain showers especially in the afternoon or evening.
On Saturday, Pagasa said Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
