A Facebook user named Gretchen Rafael Ledesma has shared the photos of pain reliever

for her partner’s birthday. The post spread like a wildfire online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.

In the photos, it can be seen that the

mouth-watering

cake consist the design of a popular pain reliever or massage oil “Efficascent”. The cake contains pain reliever patches instead of money.

Ledesma asked the staff of the cake shop to make this customize cake for the birthday of her beloved partner Dareen Travilla last August 15, 2021. She called it as Tita/Tito starter pack cake, which earns an instant popularity online.

“Biglang naging viral siya it was actually overwhelming…and right now marami na ring nag o-order because of that,”

Ledesma said.

Dareen also said that it was the best surprise he received although he was expecting a typical money cake. He also described his girlfriend’s idea as witty and comforting. “I was expecting it was a typical money cake…It was the best gift by far, Witty and it gave me comfort at the same time,” Travilla said.

Gretchen came up with the idea after her partner frequently suffers from back pain.  She captioned the video with:
